Choose between a 3,4 or 5 day training split depending on how many times you can train per week.

You will be provided with the exact nutritional targets you need to be hitting in order to get DICED.

WEELY CHECK INS

You will check in every week so I know exactly how your week has been. I will respond to every single check in you complete to make sure you're on the right track, and make any neccessary changes.

Community whatsapp group

You'll be added to a whatsapp group of likeminded individuals who want to get diced. Within there you'll have extra accountability, access to engaging challenges throughout the 8 weeks, as well as direct access to me.

WEekly live calls

every week I'll be running a live call to cover specific topics that'll help you get diced. Within these weekly live calls i'll also do a Q&A at the end so any questions you have can be answered. These will be recorded too, so if you can't make them live it's not the end of the world.
